Feb

AVTECH Sweden AB (publ) ("AVTECH", the "Company") today announces that the technical reasons obstructing the contracted evaluation of Aventus NowCast have been identified and joint efforts from both companies to resolve the situation have been agreed upon. The finalization of the delayed analysis of flight recorder data is expected to be completed in the near future.

EasyJet has also shown a great interest to become the launch customer for the “turbulence warning” part of the new Aventus SIGMA product offering. SIGMA, a result of the recent cooperation with the Met Office (UK), is a high-quality service that presents tailored weather hazards information (such as Icing, Turbulence, Volcanic ash, etc) to the aircraft in real-time. After a successful trial, plan to be starting in the first part of April 2017, this additional service can be added to the existing Aventus NowCast contract.
