AVTECH announces the selection of a new CEO

The Board of Directors of AVTECH Sweden AB (publ) ("AVTECH" or "The Company") today makes the following announcement:

AVTECH Sweden AB announces that the selection process for a new CEO has been completed. Mr David Rytter will be the new CEO of AVTECH Sweden AB and he will commence his assignment no later than 1 Jan 2020.

Mr Rytter is presently the CTO at AVTECH and has excellent knowledge of services and products of the company. He is also involved in, development and market activities.
We are delighted to welcome David to take the role as CEO of Avtech, says Bo Redeborn, Chairman of the Board.
Christer Fehrling, CEO at present, will continue as a Board member and ensure a smooth transition for David.
The Board remain unchanged and will provide David with full support to prepare for future success and growth of Avtech.
