Directly registered shareholders are urged to sign up for the preferential shares in accordance with the instruction in ”Terms and Instructions” in AVTECH’s Information Memorandum. Shareholders managed by trustees are urged to get in contact with their respective banks or brokers to subscribe for the preferential shares.
