AVTECH’s reorganization is successfully completed AVTECH

AVTECH Sweden AB (publ) (”AVTECH” or the ”Company”) today announces that the Attunda District Court in Stockholm Sweden today granted the Company an early termination of the Company’s reorganization, which means that AVTECH’s reorganization as of today, October 24 2013 has been successfully completed. The Company also announces that all creditors in the Company’s reorganization moratorium will be fully paid in the near future.
