
Avtech is proud to announce a new partnership with LATAM Airlines, one of the world's leading airline groups and the dominant carrier across Latin America. The agreement marks a significant step forward in Avtech's growing presence in the Americas and underlines the increasing demand for intelligent flight optimisation solutions in the region.
LATAM Airlines operates across Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru, with extensive international services connecting Latin America to Europe, the United States, and the Caribbean. As the region's largest airline group, LATAM has long been recognised not only for the scale of its operations, but for its commitment to responsible aviation. In 2021, the airline was named the most sustainable carrier in Latin America and ranked fourth globally in the S&P Corporate Sustainability Assessment- a testament to its leadership in environmental and operational performance.
The partnership will see Avtech's Aventus service initially deployed across approximately 60 LATAM aircraft in December 2024, with a full fleet integration of both Aventus and ClearPath planned for 2025. The subscription agreement is structured on a monthly renewal basis with an expected term of three years.
Aventus provides crews with high-quality weather intelligence to support safer and more efficient flight planning, while ClearPath delivers real-time cruise optimisation, guiding pilots toward the most fuel-efficient trajectories available based on high-resolution wind and temperature forecasts.
Together, the two services offer LATAM a comprehensive toolset to reduce fuel consumption, lower emissions, and strengthen operational consistency across its extensive network.
